The demonstration uses a web form to produce 2 customised documents using the same information: An employment contract and a job offer letter.  This is a simple 2 step process. 

First enter details about the candidate and then click the Start button at the bottom of the page.  In the second section you will enter detail about the position being offered and select optional incentives.

Candidates First Name*

This will be added to both documents when they are sent to you

Last Name*

Please give us your family name. This will be shown in the drafted contract


This field will be used when addressing letters and will appear before the last name.  So for a man this should be "Dear Mr"


Please enter the new starters postcode


Please enter the new starters full address excluding postcode
