Client engagement letters define the business releationship between supplier and customer.  They need to be appropriate for the work being carried out, contain details of terms of business including clear pricing, and provide instructions on the client's internal teams and how to address issues.

Our demonstration takes you through the steps to produce an engagement letter for a lawyer practicing family law.  It has optional text for cases where maintenance is being sort, couples have been living togther and where children are involved.  Each of these generates additional questions that add more detail to the letter.
