This action is used to archive items automatically that have a certain criteria met by form value.  Obviously considerable care needs to be taken with setting up this data action, otherwise it will be a complex process to restore any archived items.

Settings:

• Application/Data Room : The target data room to find items to archive from.
• Initiate Field : Field that will have value to match with.
• Initiate Vale : Exact match of field value (no need to wrap in single quotes).
• Complete Field : Field to write value to if record archived.
• Complete Value : Value to write in field (no need to wrap in single quotes).
