DetailThe data action can be used as form button, scheduled job or as a workflow action.
We currently support uploading documents to the following systems. Before the data action can be used please see below details on how to configure connection to the system:
- Worksite 8/9
- Contact Sysero to discuss requirement.
- Worksite 10
- Go to Application/DataRoom > Advanced Options > iManage Work Integration Settings.
- Go to Primary Integration Settings tab.
- Leave Show Settings for Version on iManage Work default.
- Select the Outbound integration type:
- iManage Work Submit Only : Original document stays as is in Sysero, copied only to Worksite.
- iManage Work Submit and Replace with Worksite IWL : Document uploaded then replaced with IWL link.
- iManage Work Submit and Link to iManage WorkDocument : Document uploaded then when accessed passed via REST API from iManage Work to Sysero for download.
- Set the Authentication Mode, note using User Account asumes the authentication with iManage has already been setup, see article Setting up OAuth from iManage Work to Sysero:
- Use Service Account
- Use Impersonation Account
- Own User Account (strongly recommended).
- If using Own User Account no need to fill out username or password.
- If using Own User Account got to Admin > Data Room > Advanced Settings > Feature Settings and tick OAuth : Validate iManage Work token on access. This will make sure the Access Token is valid before someone starts completing a form.
- If database/library is same as default one set in Admin > System, then leave as default, otherwise set to one required.
- If iManage Work URL is same as default one set in Admin > System, then leave as default, otherwise set to one required.
- Save Changes.

- Uploading to the same Sysero instance requires minimum of these mappings:
- Input: ItemName
- Additional Mapping: TargetDataRoomID
- Additional Mapping: TargetCompanyID
- Remote Sysero Instance
- Contact Sysero to discuss requirement.
