Initiate workflow by date is primarily used with review workflows.  It is important to note that in Sysero only one workflow may be running at one time, this is so processes do not step on each other.  In this case if a Submission workflow is running, you do not want a Review workflow to trigger on top of it and have duplicate actions or worse ones that are in the wrong order.

Before setting this up create your workflow.  Then configure the following in Job Action Properties:

• Application/Data Room : Select the Data Room to target.
• Initiate Field : Date Field to be used to work out if workflow will be initiated.
• Days Before Review : Number of days before date this should be initiated, if required after use minus value.
• Match Field : Additional field to match value on.
• Match Value : Value of match field to match on.
• 2nd Match : As above but can be AND or OR combination with Match
• Client Company : Target site.
• Business Process : Workflow to initiate.
