You can set a Redirect URL on an Process Designer Alert type action.  How this is used will vary depending on other scenarios:

Popup ALERT

If it is set as a popup Alert it will immediatly redirect on being actioned if:

1. The Alert Task Message is set to blank.
2. There are not auto decisions following the Alert.

Full Page ALERT

Redirect URL does not function on Full Page Alerts.
