DetailUsually when a user does not have access to a Workflow decision, the save button is disabled and the form becomes read only. This can be modified with the following features:
1. Enable "Input Form: Allow user to save even if they do not have
access to next decision" in App Features.
2. If you require user to be able to edit certain sections when they don't have access, enable "Input Form: Enable workflow Lock". Then in Form Designer go to each section you require edit and check setting "
Allow editing during workflow lock?". Note setting above 1. is also required! Also role setting "Override workflow lock" will allow you to always bypass workflow lock.
