Allows CSV file either hosted on a URL or File System to be used as in data action contents.

You can set delimiter type instead of say comma.  You can also set the starting row as either Header Row, Row 1 or Row 2 etc.

Output parameters are set as number of the column required unless you have header row e.g. 2 to use column 2.

If you add an Output parameter named primarykey, it can combine columns when used with the additional setting KeyColumns and value of e.g 2,3.
