To add groups to a list go to Share a List, then on AD Groups tab add the name of group or distribution list.  You can add mulitple groups.

Please note the following:

• If a user is in the Actitve Directory group and not in Sysero, the user will be automatically created as a System user.
• Only users in sharing marked as Managed by AD Group will be removed if no longer in group.
