The send mail data action can be used to Trigger an e-mail via a button press or via a scheduled job etc.  Usually not used in workflow as e-mail notification options are part of the process design.

To setup the data action set the following:

1. Action Type : SendMail
2. Email Template : Email template required as configured in Admin > Email Templates.
3. Setup any input mappings against application/data room required:
   1. MailAddress1, MailAddress2, MailAddress3 are the To address, you can have up to 3.
   2. MailAddressCC1a to MailAddressCC3c can be added, so you can have 3 CC's per MailAddress above.
   3. MailAddressBCC1a to MailAddressBCC3c can be added, so you can have 3 BCC's per MailAddress above.
