DetailThis article assumes the Sysero addins have been setup on the relevant Office applications, please see Knowledge article Sysero for Office-Addin Installation (Version 2) for more information.
Site setup for Office is done in Admin > Site > Office Settings (Version 2). To enable Application/Data Room start in App Settings.
Automations
To enable automations check the "Select" checkbox against the automation required, then add to a list you want it to be visible in.
Search
To enable search click edit on the relevant application/data room and enable each office application required.
Remember each user still needs the relevant role permissions for the Search icon to appear.
Browse
To enable browse click "Enable Browse for Selected Taxonomy", this will be enabled for the primary taxonomy if more than one.
Remember each user still needs the relevant role permissions for the Browse icon to appear.
Email Submission (File)
To enable email submission check "Enable Submit in Outlook on existing Messages" and make sure "Enable for Outlook" is already checked.
Remember each user still needs the relevant role permissions for the File icon to appear.
