The page Transactions.aspx?CompanyID=x can be customised using the following parameters:

    1. In Admin >Roles you can set Transactions: View All (including other users), which allows admin to see all Transactions waiting.
    2. If the above is enabled the query string parameter CurrentUserOnly=True will turn that off so an admin can see the page as a standard user.
    3. The query string ApplicationID=x where x is DataRoom/Application ID, will limit the results to the DataRoom/Application only.
    4. DataRoom/Application feature setting Workflow: Exclude from Transactions Page will exclude items appearing in results.
    5. Querystring PageSize=x will limit the number of results per page, default is 12.
    6. Querystring MaxPages or if not set Admin > System > User Setting > Enter the max number of pages on the Transactions page will limit number of items in page selector, default is 20.
    7. Querystring ShowTransactionName=True will return to legacy behaviour of showing Transaction name rather than Item Name.
    8. Querystring ProgressOnlyText=True will show completion message after rather than refreshing results, or if used with below will just show message.
    9. Querystring ProgressWorkflow is used in format of TransactionID | Decision GUID or ID | True or False e.g. ProgressWorkflow=101|20|True
    10. You can also enable results to have the progress buttons by setting Process Designer Decision settings Allow progress from transactions summary page.
    11. Global Setting TransactionPageProgressText defaults to "Decision {1} has been completed for {0}, this windows can now be closed".
    12. You can set extra fields to appear (only when in conjunction with ApplicationID query string), check Forms Designer > Field > Behaviour Settings > Show on Transactions Summary page.
