Detail

The data action can be used as form button or as a workflow action.

We currently support uploading documents to the following systems. Before the data action can be used please see below details on how to configure connection to the system:

Worksite 8/9
- Contact Sysero to discuss requirement.
Worksite 10
- Sysero iManage Integration
HighQ
- Setting up OAuth from HighQ to Sysero
- Once the above is done go to Admin > Data Room > Advanced Settings > Feature Settings and tick OAuth : Validate HighQ token on access.
- Please note Allow Logon using HighQ Account will need to be set for any user using this.
- See How to lookup HighQ SiteID, SheetID AND LinkColumnID for more details on getting various ID's.
Local Sysero Instance
- Uploading to the same Sysero instance requires minimum of these mappings:
  - Input: ItemName
  - Additional Mapping: TargetDataRoomID
  - Additional Mapping: TargetCompanyID
Remote Sysero Instance
- Contact Sysero to discuss requirement.
Custodian
- Contact Sysero to discuss requirement.

The following mappings are used (please note any additional settings can be set via input mappings):
