To apply a whitelabelling document to a site for branding or styling purposes, it can be uploaded under the main Admin/Site menu option and found under "Styling options". 

The whitelabelling document will then be applied to all automated documents downloaded as part of a workflow by anybody in that site. It will apply style information and headers/footers to the automated documents to ensure a consistent branding. 

This setting can be disabled on a per-App basis, but is enabled by default.

Whitelabelling documents now also apply to the autogenerated PDF summary file. If the whitelabel document contains a style named "SyseroTable" in it as a table style then it will be applied to the PDF and used to style the summary table itself.
