- Pre-iManage Approvals Processes: To file documents into iManage, users need to create Workspaces and folders. However, in situations where these have not yet been created, such as in new client intake, users can collect documents and go through due diligence processes before uploading information into iManage. Workflows can also be used to create reminders and send them to internal staff and external parties for time-critical processes to prevent service-level agreements becoming breached.
