DetailThis option is for when you commonly use data from previous records, so want option to populate form from records you have recently created. Would most commonly seen used in automations.
App/Data Room > Advanced Options > Feature Settings > Document assembly: Allow populate from existing data
Once enabled drop down will appear at top of form with previous records.
