This year, we’re proud to be sponsoring and speaking at the ARK Group’s KM Summit, taking place 15-16 May at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury in London. Whether you’re a KM lawyer looking to take advantage of automation, or a knowledge manager seeking new ideas to innovate internal processes, this two-day summit is a must-attend event. This year’s summit brings together ARK Group’s two longest-standing KM events, KM Legal and Knowledge Management, for two full days of KM ideas, innovations, and inspiration.

Over the course of the event, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from forward-thinking leaders in KM, forge new relationships with peers, and gain new ideas for driving KM innovation forward in their firms. Presentations will explore the evolving partnership between human expertise and technology, the changing role of KM in legal, and how to navigate the challenges of getting internal buy-in.

Sysero’s Phil Ayton will be moderating an engaging panel discussion centered on How to Blend Human Expertise and Technology to Deliver Successful KM on the second day of the event. He’ll be joined by panelists Carol Aldridge, Head of Knowledge Management at Burges Salmon; Claire McNamara, Director of KM at HFW; and Karen Battersby, Director of Knowledge, Learning & Development at Charles Russell Speechlys.  The panel will explore how firms can effectively bridge the gap between human expertise and technology and the various challenges that need to be overcome for a successful harmony.

For more information about the event, or to register, please visit the KM Summit website. We hope to see you next week!
