The Sysero Search data action allows you to search using the index of another app/data room.

To set this up do the following:

1. Set the Data Room to search from.  If you need to do multiple you will need to use the pre-execute data action logic with mode Merge Output Values.
2. Use the following input mappings:
   1. query : In format of usual query text you put into the search page.
   2. appendquery : appended to above query, but hidden from logging and output value.
3. The following output values are available:
   1. Link : Formatted anchor link to item.
   2. URL : URL of item.
   3. id : ID of item.
   4. Query : Returns the query used to find the items.
   5. @value where value = label you want to return e.g. @SearchKYC or @1 to return boolean true.
4. The following additional parameters are available:
   1. IgnoreDocumentContent : Do not search attached documents.
   2. ResultLimit : Return error if over x results returned.
   3. ResultLimitText : Custom text {0} = limit and {1} is results returned.
