SummaryPenningtons Manches have chosen to build a knowledge library and intranet using Worksite, SharePoint 2013 and Sysero 2.0. Users can search for knowledge and information using a combination of full text searching and taxonomy browsing from within their new SharePoint Intranet. Documents are maintained using a Worksite library and Sysero allows SharePoint to show documents respecting each user’s Worksite security profile. As well as providing a responsive, secure and easy to use knowledge repository, Sysero shows the number of results in each category, allows users to preview MS Word documents before downloading and lets the firm customise both the information in the results lists and the look and feel of the search experience.
