We recommend all clients do a regular backup of the following:

• Sysero database, following your own internal database server guidelines.
• Sysero File Store which is usually on the application server in SyseroCTXStore folder, but on other occasions may be on another fileshare. See your installation diagram for more information.  We recommend at the very minimum once per day.
• Sysero Application Files and Index.  We recommend at the very minimum once per day.
