SummaryGernandt & Danielsson, one of Sweden’s leading law firms in domestic and international commercial law has successfully rolled out Sysero as their in-house Knowledge Management Platform. Sysero has been used to build G&D’s KM system called “SMART”, a SharePoint library, classification and workflow system integrated with G&D’s DMS, giving the fee earners categorised access to know-how, template precedents and clauses. From within MS Word, users can find appropriate templates and create new documents, as well as quickly insert quality controlled clauses and boilerplates into documents at hand. SMART records when knowledge items are incorporated into Matters, allowing G&D to monitor how their proprietary knowledge is being employed helping reducing risk and keeping the KM library sharp, lean and up-to-date.
