This article assumes you have already enabled comment on a data room and enabled the option to tag a person.

To e-mail someone when they are tagged with last comment follow these steps:

1. Create a new e-mail template as you usually would, but to include the comments add [LastCommentByUserID] to the body.
2. If you want the Outlook preview to show the comment first, go to Tools > Source code and put
    <div style="display: none; max-height: 0px; overflow: hidden;">[LastCommentByUserID]</div>
   at the top of the HTML.
3. Go to Admin > App/Data Room > Advanced Options > Notifications, then add the a notifications with type "On Comment Added for Tagged User".  Assign the people and roles you want to recieve this type of e-mail e.g. you might not want people tagged outside the company getting comments sent when they are tagged.
