Risk and Compliance Workflow

Embed best practices and compliance into everyday business processes to mitigate risk

Automating Compliance

Today’s organisations face greater accountability in demonstrating data security and compliance. With Sysero, you can use workflows to embed compliance into every day processes and minimise compliance-related risks. There are a number of ways Sysero’s workflows can be used to enforce data protection policies and ensure compliance with regulations.

Embed Compliance Expertise

Policies and procedures for personal data no longer need to be relegated to complex policy documents that employees are expected to understand and follow to the letter. With automated workflows, you can embed data protection best practices into standardised workflow templates. As one employee makes a nuanced decision based on the data at hand, that expertise can be modeled into workflows and processes, enabling subtle judgements to be made en masse. The result is compliance that’s streamlined across your firm.

Risk-Based Acceptance

With Sysero, you can quickly identify high-risk clients and embed compliance procedures into your business acceptance process. Automatically evaluate new business opportunities based on a predefined and custom set of rules, which might include KYC or AML regulations. If clients are deemed high-risk, they can automatically be escalated for further review.

Prove Compliance in Data Privacy Challenges

If the case does arise where your firm’s data privacy practices are in question, risk and compliance workflows provide evidence of those involved in the decision making process and the information they used to make those decisions. Using Sysero, you can automatically archive workflows and associated data or documents. By creating audit trails, risk and compliance workflows can provide documentation of your compliance in handling client data.

Our field of business has not changed much in the past decades, but now there is pressure from the clients’ side to enhance our working methods even further.
