We’ve been developing Sysero since 2007 to help solve the latest challenges faced by professional services firms. Sysero is both a product and a set of consultant developers who work closely with clients to develop customised solutions for firms.  We mainly work with clients to deliver Knowledge Management, Compliance, Document Automation, Email Automation and Template Management although we are often asked to solve many other office automation challenges.

Once we have delivered a customised system, we support you with direct access to the consultants who designed your system. Unlike a bespoke development, Sysero is low-code product that we are continually improving and will support for the lifetime of your system.

The Swiss Army Knife approach

As a single product firm, we get given a lot of challenges from our clients and don’t ever develop custom software. So instead we’ve developed the consultants dream, a single platform that contains around a dozen different designers and tools including a forms designer, flowchart workflow designer, document template builder, automated email designer, report designer, dashboard designer, data action framework, web page designer, user and role manager, image library, newsletter designer and an API. The combination of our designers, and a low-code feature based on common scripting languages such as SQL and JavaScript, allow us to provide a system that is both tailored to your requirements, extensible and supportable.

Integration, Security & Compliance

Sysero is used by larger firms who have many other cloud and in-house systems. Accordingly we have built-in integrations with the market leading DMS, iManage; DocuSign the world leader in e-signing; ChatGPT and many other systems.  We also get regularly Pen-tested by our clients and have become security obsessed since the GDPR.  We’ve introduced features like pseudonymization which can encrypt your sensitive data and processes that automatically delete records that are not longer being used. Our consultants can guide you through the process of designing a secure system that will grow with your needs and meet the compliance requirements today and in the future.
